About Us

Mankato Area Divorce Support is part of Lifeboat Therapy PLLC and is facilitated by Dr. Shawn. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). He earned his master of science in mental health counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and earned his doctor of philosophy in marriage and family therapy from National University.

Dr. Shawn has his own personal experience going through a divorce and wants to help others who are going through their breakup, separation, or divorce as they cope, recover, and rebuild.
